Over 50 local musicians 'Let the Good Times Roll' for 2021
First performed by Louis Jordan in 1946, Let the Good Times Roll is a well known blues standard and has been described as ‘a buoyant invitation to party.’ This might be a stretch given current Covid restrictions, yet over fifty Jersey performers have assembled here to see islanders over 2020’s finish line in musical style, and with a nod towards better times to come.

ArtHouse Jersey is delighted to announce the design of a virtual reality audio tour around their Skipton Forget Me Knots exhibition.Skipton Forget Me Knots was a large-scale, immersive art installation, which took place in November 2020 at the Jersey Maritime Museum and welcomed over 2,200 physical visitors during its run.

ArtHouse Jersey is delighted to announce its latest round of successful artists who applied to the quarterly funding initiative, which offers financial assistance to help support an artist’s development or to deliver a specific body of work. The funding committee awarded Joshua Shea for his short film ‘Before the Tide Comes In’, freelance photographer, filmmaker and graphic designer Lucy Le Lievre for her short documentary ‘The Old Buggers Club’ and Jersey born London based artist Alexander Mourant who is busy creating his latest solo exhibition ‘I Could Not Tell Glass from Air’ for a renowned London gallery.
3,400 Skipton Forget Me Knot Flowers move to their new home at the Jersey Library
ArtHouse Jersey’s Skipton Forget Me Knots art installation finally came to a close at the Jersey Maritime Museum over the weekend after welcoming over 2,200 people through its doors. Now, the 3,400 paper flowers made by school children in the Island have been donated to the Jersey Library in St Helier, where they will remain on displayfor the foreseeable future
