Ellie Haywood
Head of Resources
Ellie joined team ArtHouse Jersey in Summer 2021 and has a background in military operations, UK Ministry transformation and financial services strategy and performance. She brings to ArtHouse Jersey a love for strategic thinking, innovation and structure. Ellie grew up in Devon, and studied European literature and film as part of her degree at The Queen’s University of Belfast, and ever since then has aspired to be Don Quixote.
As well as managing ambitious public art projects such as Floating Earth (2023) and Dancing Together (2024), Ellie leads on the optimisation and oversight of all ArtHouse Jersey resources including staffing, sites, stores, data, creative courses and development grants. We have two sites: our historic Headquarters at Greve de Lecq Barracks and our popular exhibition space at Capital House. From time-to-time, we run artist studios from other sites.
