‘Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy’ performed by the Optimistic Voices and the Plus Fours Band 

The Optimistic Voices vocal harmony trio comprise of founding member Sharon Campbell, singing teacher Hannah Campbell and Jersey’s Miss Battle 2008, Holly Milner. You could describe these three as “Liberation Day Locals”, having sung for the Islanders on May 9th year upon year and becoming a firm staple in the Lib Day line-up. The ‘Plus Fours’ band features jazz musician Brian White on trumpet, Chordz music teacher Chris Morgan on drums and well known local musicians Hugh Moreshead on double bass and Rex Moss on keys. Joining forces with Arthouse Jersey to bring music of the 1940’s into your home this Liberation Day.
