Greve de Lecq Barracks
Arrival
The number 9 bus runs from Liberation station to Greve de Lecq. Timetables can be found on libertybus.je.
The Barracks are a short walk uphill from the bus stop.
Entry is from Chemin du Catel, through the white gates.
To access the studios there is a short wheelchair friendly ramp and railing.
The doors are wheelchair width.
The site is composed of three main buildings. Events and exhibitions are held in studio 1 & 2 which is the first building on the left when you enter through the gates.
The kitchen and bathroom also have a wheelchair ramp.
The apartments and offices have two steps to enter.
Accessible parking
Disabled parking is available on the parade ground or behind the apartments.
The beach carpark is a 5 minute walk away from the site.
Inside Greve de Lecq Barracks
All buildings onsite only have one floor.
The flooring is wooden and level.
Guide, assistant and companion animals – including assistant dogs in training – are welcome. Please ensure they are kept on a lead.
Carer ad companion tickets
All exhibitions are free of charge.
Visitors can request a free companion or carer ticket to paid events by calling or emailing our team.
Seating
For seated events please email info@arts.je and we will be sure to secure a seat or area for a wheelchair.
Extra supportive seating available upon request.
Toilets
Disabled toilets are available for use by entering building through a different entrance around the corner from the studio.
There is a small ramp to enter.
Our toilets are all gender neutral.
