'Man Up Project' - New film shines light on men's mental health in Jersey
Today sees the launch of The Man Up Project, a short film created by local musician turned filmmaker Ben O’Shea. Supported by both ArtHouse Jersey and Crestbridge, the film explores the reality of men’s mental health in Jersey, right in the middle of national Mental Health Awareness Week.
ArtHouse Jersey presents 'Seventy Six Steps' - a specially commissioned Liberation 76 Dance piece
Carolyn Rose Ramsay, a Jersey-based dancer from Ballet Nacional de Cuba, Les Ballets de Monte Carlo, and the Norwegian National Ballet, set about enlisting five talented local dancers to create a one-off piece telling the stories of people who lived through the Occupation, armed with audio testimony that ArtHouse Jersey collected during research conducted for the Face of Liberation project last year.

A brand new exhibition ‘YourTopia’ is now open at ArtHouse Jersey’s Headquarters at Greve de Lecq Barracks. This is the inaugural exhibition by the artist collective the ‘Fernweh Vision’ and explores the future possibilities of two parallel environments, inspired by the ideas of utopia and dystopia. It offers visitors the opportunity to step into these worlds and immerse themselves in a variety of multi-dimensional works.
